Sprawl? Etiquette says “no” but beauty says “yes”! It’s a good idea to sprawl on the bed, on the floor or in a comfortable chair for a few minutes each day. Consciously try to relax every muscle in your body and close your eyes for ten minutes or so. You’ll probably have a hard time forcing yourself to get up again but in a moment or two you’ll attack your tasks with renewed energy and when evening comes you’ll be smiling more and sighing less. Chit Chat says this works well with home moms but how about the working moms? And how about the Guys? She said this tip is for all who have day jobs as most of us working folks do. If your employer has no arrangements for a rest period then the next best thing is to sprawl immediately when you get home. This is especially true if you plan to go out for the evening. Her advice is to try it and see if the results are really postive.
