Relieving the early evening Tenseness

Have you ever been so tired after a long day on your feet that you just want to go home and go to bed? I’ve felt this way many times. My friend said that Chit Chat told her that to relieve that late afternoon or early evening tenseness before an important date or party, treat yourself to a facial massage. Pre-party tenseness is often felt by hostess and guest alike and massage is very relaxing. If you’re having your hair done at a Salon, include a facial by their operator or, if your preparation is at home do the job yourself. Use plenty of good cream lubricant and take a full fifteen minutes of massage. Lie down for a little while afterward if you can. Oh, and I’ve tried a ten minute soaking in a hot tub before I lie down. It sure worked for me. It is a good way to quiet those “butterflies.” Chit Chat says that another great way to de-stresss is to use Arbonne's "Unwind" Bath Gel. Put on their "Deep Pore Cleansing Mask" and soak. Your skin is softer and your face is tighter!
