Hi Friends, Just another tip from Chit Chat. I believe she misunderstood ‘cause she sent me a message about my feet instead of my finger nails. Oh well, here goes. She says that most of her working friends suffer from pain with their sore and aching feet. You know your whole posture and facial expression takes a beating along with your attitude toward life because of sore feet. Chit Chat reminded me to treat any corns, calluses and bunions immediately but for goodness sake don’t let them get out of hand before going to a foot specialist. Just massage your feet with foot cream, digging real deep into the muscles of the arch and the ball of the foot. And also exercise your feet daily by standing barefoot and rising to tip toe position several times. Most of all you should wear comfortable shoes if you stand on your feet during your workday. I’ll be back with some more tips when I hear from Chit Chat.
